Sashimi, nigiri and maki
Start light with sashimi: salmon with strawberry-yuzu teriyaki, seabass with passion fruit and mango, or tuna with lime and avocado. Nigiri come in threes (salmon, tuna, seabass or butterfly shrimp) and maki in sixes, from simple Kappa and Avocado to Sake, Tekka and California.
Classic and premium rolls
Every roll comes in 4 or 8 pieces, so it's easy to share and try more. Classics include the Rainbow Roll (tuna, salmon, crab, shrimp, seabass) and the California Roll. The premium list is where things get creative: Tuna Samurai with tempura shrimp and scorched tuna, the Deep Fried Roll with salmon, Ebi Tempura, and a crispy Duck Roll with Peking duck and strawberry.
Bao buns
Our steamed bao buns come three to a portion: satay chicken with cashews, crispy chicken with miso mayo, shrimp with sweet chilli mayo, or pork belly in sweet soy with burnt truffle mayo.
Noodles and wok
For something more filling, try Mendake noodles with chicken, shrimp or vegetables, Noodle Lovers with beef and shrimp, Sweet & Sour Chicken or Beef Oyster, plus a side of fried rice.
